बॉलीवुड अभिनेता सुशांत सिंह राजपूत की मौत मामले की जांच करने गई एसआईटी को लीड करने मुंबई गए बिहार के News आईपीएस विनय तिवारी को जबरन क्वारंटाइन करने को लेकर सु्प्रीम कोर्ट की गंभीर टिप्पणी की थी।
इसके बावजूद बीएमसी की ओर से आईपीएस को क्वारंटाइन मुक्त नहीं करने पर बिहार के डीजीपी गुप्तेश्वर पांडेय ने ट्वीट करते हुए अफसोस जताया है।
गुप्तेश्वर पांडेय ने ट्वीट करते हुए लिखा कि माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय द्वारा ये गम्भीर टिप्पणी की गयी है कि बिहार के IPS विनय तिवारी को मुंबई में ज़बरदस्ती क्वारंटाइन किया जाना ग़लत है फिर भी बीएमसी ने उन्हें अभी तक उन्हें मुक्त नहीं किया है। वे सुप्रीम कोर्ट की भी परवाह नहीं करते! अब इसको आप क्या कहेंगे?

बॉलीवुड एक्टर सुशांत सिंह राजपूत सुसाइड केस की जांच करने मुंबई पहुंचे पटना के एसपी सिटी विनय तिवारी को क्वारंटाइन किए जाने को लेकर पटना के रेंज आईजी संजय सिंह के पत्र का जवाब बीएमसी के अफसर ने दिया है।
बीएमसी के सहायक कमिश्नर पी वेलरासू ने आईजी को पत्र के जरिये कहा है कि सिटी एसपी को महाराष्ट्र सरकार के नियमों का पालन करना होगा। उन्होंने लिखा है कि बिहार में कोरोना संक्रमण फैला हुआ है। ऐसे में अगर एसपी में भी कोरोना के लक्षण हुए तो उनके जरिये दूसरे अफसरों को भी यह बीमारी फैल सकती है।
लिहाजा वे अलग-अलग एप के माध्यम से महाराष्ट्र सरकार के अफसरों के साथ मीटिंग करें। इस पत्र के मिलने के बाद अब पटना पुलिस भी आर-पार के मूड में हैं। रेंज आईजी संजय सिंह ने कहा है कि वे अपने स्तर से दोबारा वहां के अफसरों से बात करेंगे

सुशांत सिंह राजपूत मामले में रिया चक्रवर्ती की याचिका पर सुनवाई के दौरान सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया कि सीबीआई जांच की बिहार सरकार की सिफारिश को केंद्र सरकार ने स्वीकार कर लिया है।
पटना में दर्ज केस को मुंबई स्थानांतरित करने के लिए अभिनेत्री रिया चक्रवर्ती की याचिका सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई चल रही है। न्यायमूर्ति ऋषिकेश रॉय की पीठ मामले की सुनवाई कर रही है। CBI VIDEO NEWS
