After this, leave the egg and put it in a bowl and fit it well and keep it aside. Now in a big bowl add onion ginger garlic paste, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, chicken masala, salt and Add chicken mince and mix everything well.

Also add beaten egg and mix well now by greasing your hand with some oil now take a little of this mixture in your hand and make small to medium sized balls and excise Divide into equal parts of small balls.

Then put onion in it and fry it well for 10 minutes until the onion is cooked well, then add ginger garlic paste and fry it well for 1 to 2 minutes.After this, you will add tomato paste to it and fry it on low flame for 10 minutes till the tomatoes are cooked.

And add some water and garam masala and make gravy and now cook it on low flame for at least 10 minutes so that the gravy mixes well in the kofta, now our chicken kofta gravy is ready.
